gs.construction: a remodeler's site that works the whole Chicago suburbs
A family-owned remodeler with forty years of combined experience and five-star reviews — and a site that answers a search from every town it serves, then keeps improving itself every day.
GS Construction remodels kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes across the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Family-owned, forty-plus years of combined experience, and a stack of five-star reviews — the kind of business whose best marketing is the last job it finished. The site's job is to make sure the next homeowner finds that last job.
The front door
The home page opens on the work itself: a full-width photo of a finished kitchen, the project named in the corner, and two buttons — see more kitchens, or start your project. Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Additions and Mudrooms each have their own page in the menu, because that is how people search: by room, not by "contractor".
A page for every town
This is the part most remodeling sites skip. Someone in Kenilworth does not search for "remodeling"; they search for "Kenilworth kitchen remodel". So gs.construction has a page written for Kenilworth — and for sixty-five other towns. Each one shows the kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home work, the projects completed nearby, what homeowners in that town said, what remodeling typically costs there, and even the local specifics, like lead water pipe replacement where it applies.
Those pages are not written once and forgotten. Every day the site looks at how each one did in search, makes a handful of small improvements — a clearer title, a missing section, a new town that people are searching from — and watches the results. Anything that did not help is undone on its own. Nobody at GS Construction has to think about it.
Reviews that stay current
The Reviews page reads "verified across 71+ reviews", and that number moves on its own: new reviews left on the platforms the business is listed on are pulled in and shown on the site, so the proof is never stale. The same connections work the other way — photos of a finished job go out from the admin to the business profile and social pages in one step.
Where the leads go
A call, an email or the form on any page lands in one inbox in the admin, tagged with the page and the town it came from, and is handed straight to the team's job system. When the office opens in the morning, yesterday's inquiries are already waiting with everything the homeowner said.
What we would point out
- Sixty-six town pages that answer the search people actually make
- A daily loop that improves those pages and undoes what does not help
- Reviews and photos that flow in and out without copy-paste
- Every lead caught, tagged by source, and waiting in one place
